Chocolate Concierge - Vosges Haut-Chocolat - $20-$24/hourDescription: Join Vosges Haut-Chocolat as a Chocolate Concierge and help share our luxurious, globally inspired confections with the world.  We're seeking warm, food-loving individuals who are passionate about storytelling through chocolate and delivering an exceptional guest experience.  As a Concierge, you’ll educate guests on our unique products, handle transactions, maintain a clean boutique environment, and ensure every interaction is delightful and memorable.  If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and want to be part of a creative, chocolate-obsessed team—this is your dream job.                                                                                Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times
• Greet guests warmly with eye contact and a smile
• Educate guests on Vosges Haut-Chocolat products and brand story
• Process sales transactions and follow all cash handling procedures
• Promote and explain in-store marketing promotions
• Assist with new product rollouts and actively sell to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment
• Handle guest concerns respectfully and with urgency
• Communicate guest feedback to management
• Complete boutique opening and closing procedures   
• Participate in putting away weekly chocolate shipments and monthly inventory counts                          

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in specialty retail or a customer-focused environment
• Friendly and guest service oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Neat and clean hygiene
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Team player
• Interest in chocolate and foodie culture

Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk 8 hours
• Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally
• Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
• Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
