CI Leader

Job Description:

Aggressive Aerospace company located close to New Haven, CT is looking for a CI Leader who can help the organization reach aggressive goals. This person will report directly to the Plant Manager and play a significant role in implementing Lean throughoutthe plant. The right person will have led successful Kaizen events and ideally been Six Sigma Certified.A four-year degree is mandatory. Any manufacturing environment will do; you don’t need aerospace experience.
