With offices across multiple states, this firm is known for its ability to handle a wide range of work - from industrial and tilt-wall construction to self-storage, office environments, tenant improvements, medical facilities, and EV site development. Job Description
- Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve challenges proactively.
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects (experience with grocery, retail, or healthcare projects a plus).
- TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction technology and scheduling tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality on every job site.
- AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
