Civil Construction Manager

Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing resources. Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs. Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation across multiple projects. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in civil construction management with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of contracts, blueprints reading, schematics, and relevant regulations in the construction industry. Exceptional time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Prior experience on construction sites is essential for this role.
