The Civil Engineer / Civil Design Engineer will be a hands-on, production-oriented member of STE's multidisciplinary team, working closely with Project Managers, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, environmental professionals and field crews.
The primary focus of this role is civil engineering design and plan production - turning survey data, field information and engineering concepts into accurate, coordinated and permit-ready plans and deliverables. Responsibilities will include AutoCAD/Civil 3D drafting and design, survey-based plan production, site planning and grading, stormwater and drainage design, utility and wastewater design, permitting plans and construction documents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early- to mid-career civil engineer with practical industry experience who enjoys the technical/design side of the profession and wants significant hands-on exposure, mentorship and a clear path toward increased engineering and project management responsibility.
