We are partnering with Regester Associates.
They are seeking a Civil Engineer (E.I.T.) to join our growing team. We are open to candidates ranging from recent graduates with minimal experience to experienced E.I.T.-level engineers working toward their Professional Engineer (PE) license.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in land development and stormwater design while gaining hands-on experience with a collaborative and expanding engineering firm.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and development of commercial, residential, and site development projects
Support stormwater management design, drainage analysis, and permitting efforts
Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical calculations
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
Assist with site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion/sediment control plans
Work toward increasing project responsibility and technical leadership over time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
E.I.T. certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Experience or internship exposure in land development, stormwater management, or civil site design is a plus
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desire to grow professionally and pursue PE licensure
Compensation:
$25–$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications
