We are seeking a Civil EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in Land Development to join a growing civil engineering team. This role will support the planning, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities:
Design site development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and erosion control
Prepare construction plans, calculations, reports, and permit documents
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and plan production
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, permitting agencies, and other project disciplines
Assist with project management and construction administration
Ensure designs meet applicable local, state, and federal requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
EIT or PE license/certification
Land Development/site design experience
Proficiency with Civil 3D
Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
Strong communication and organizational skills
