Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a civil professional who enjoys the technical side of site development, working closely with architects and other designers, and being part of a small team where everyone contributes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil/site development projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare and review civil engineering plans, layouts, and construction documents.
• Perform site development and grading design.
• Assist with stormwater management and drainage design.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other members of the project team.
• Utilize AutoCAD for civil design and drafting.
• Work with Civil 3D as needed and continue developing technical skills.
• Coordinate with team members to efficiently manage project workloads and deadlines.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment.
• Support projects across a variety of site development applications.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of civil engineering experience preferred, but candidates with other levels of experience may be considered.
• EIT preferred; candidates with a PE license, particularly early-career PEs, are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with site development required.
• Residential or multifamily development experience is a plus.
• Strong AutoCAD experience required.
• Civil 3D experience is a plus.
• Experience or interest in stormwater design and technically focused civil engineering is highly valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to build a long-term career with the company.

Our office is a small, collaborative multidisciplinary environment with approximately 25 employees, including a five-person civil engineering team, architects, and interior designers.
