Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or a closely related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
In addition, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Site and civil design for construction projects;
Site planning, land grading, storm water management, drainage and soil erosion;
AutoCAD;
Preparing and modifying engineering documents including reports, specification, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and design plans for projects using engineering and design software;
Using reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the design of projects;
Federal land use permitting; and,
Experience with state and local land use permitting in New Jersey.
Travel Requirement: This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
Salary Range: $100,131 - $110,000. Certain US jurisdictions require Langan to include an estimate of salary or hourly ranges. The rage provided for this role is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firms annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
