    Description

    Are you a civil engineer who enjoys transforming concepts into successful land development projects? Join Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) as a Project Engineer in our growing Laurel, Maryland office, where you'll play a key role in designing and delivering a diverse range of private land development and water resources projects throughout Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Howard Counties.

    In this role, you'll be involved in every phase of a project - from initial planning and site design through permitting and construction documents. You'll work alongside a collaborative team on projects that make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

    If you're a more senior engineer, you'll also have the opportunity to lead multiple projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate County reviews, and build strong relationships with clients and MRA Principals while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in private land development, including site plan design, roadway design, permitting, Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) design, and Stormwater Management (SWM)
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with clients and project teams
    • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (visa sponsorship not available)
