Engineering Project Manager – St. Louis, MO - We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role will focus on private land development while supporting public projects for municipalities. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects, coordinating with clients, and leading site design efforts.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
• Oversee site design and land development projects using Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
• Support projects across residential, commercial, industrial, K-12, and higher education sectors.
• Lead project coordination, review design plans, and help resolve technical challenges.

Must-Haves

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience in civil engineering, site design, and land development.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Project management experience, including client communication and project delivery.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with municipal or public-sector projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
