Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Roseville or Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 per year (depending on experience) + Bonus

A fast-growing, highly respected civil litigation and business law firm with a multi-state footprint is hiring a Litigation Associate Attorney in either Roseville or Irvine, CA. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for direct client contact, hands-on litigation experience, strong partner mentorship, and a clear path to career advancement in a collaborative firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases independently while collaborating closely with partners and team members.

• Handle complex civil matters, specializing in construction defect, real estate disputes, business litigation, and builder/developer defense.

• Draft substantive motions, legal briefs, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses.

• Take and defend depositions of key witnesses, experts, and named parties.

• Represent clients in court hearings, appearances, and mediations.

• Build direct client relationships and exercise strong independent legal judgment.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• $130,000 to $190,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.

• Bonus available for billable hours achieved above the standard target (Target: 1,800 billable hours per year / ~150 hours per month).

• Additional discretionary bonus opportunities based on firm and individual performance.
