Civil Litigation Attorney Position Overview: We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse case-load involving high-stakes and complex litigation across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines
• Handle multiple cases with efficiency and attention to detail
• Provide case evaluations and risk assessments to clients
• Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively
• Prepare witnesses and experts for depositions and trial testimony
• Stay up to date on relevant case law and legal trends affecting practice areas
• Ensure compliance with court rules, procedures, and ethical obligations

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing cases from inception to resolution
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
