Job Description Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution or trial. Develop case strategies, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery. Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, depositions, and Virginia circuit court proceedings. Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful legal guidance. Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff to achieve successful outcomes. Take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from a collaborative, well-supported practice. Qualifications Active license to practice law in Virginia. 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Virginia circuit court trial experience required. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Experience in commercial, contract, or real estate litigation preferred. DC or Maryland bar admission is a plus.
