Serve as the field liaison between mechanical and civil crews, contractors, and project management
Support RFIs, submittals, and documentation for both disciplines
Flag schedule, scope, or interface issues early and drive them to resolution
Qualifications
Experience coordinating both mechanical and civil scopes (dual-discipline strongly preferred)
Background in power generation, energy, or heavy industrial construction a plus
Able to read and interpret mechanical and civil drawings
Strong communication and field coordination skills
Comfortable working across teams in a fast-moving construction environment
Able to commit to a 1–2 year project
