Civil Project Manager

Role: Project Engineer or Project Manager – Civil + Survey Projects
Location: Bedford, NH
Pay: $90,000 – $130,000, DPOE
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire

We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our client’s growing civil and survey team. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on diverse site development projects across New England — from concept through permitting and construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a variety of civil/site and survey-based projects, ensuring quality design and timely delivery.

• Lead permitting efforts at the local, state, and federal levels.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present projects before planning and zoning boards.

• Support and mentor junior staff while maintaining hands-on involvement in design and client coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of relevant project management or design experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus).

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with New England land development and permitting processes.
