A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Lead Civil Site Development Project Manager for their Louisville office!<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

<\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

Plan/coordinate technical aspects of civil site engineering projects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Primary clients, project team consultants, and contractors contact<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Lead the general design of site, utility and grading improvements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Handle all aspects of a project (management/design, field work, construction administration)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Handle layout and detail for a variety of site improvement projects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Design sustainable site improvements (bioretention basins, pervious payments, bioswales)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Design and draft project improvements with AutoCAD<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Identify/troubleshoot potential construction issues before contractor bid<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Mentor/train junior staff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Develop site engineering plans, reports, and specifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Build/maintain client relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- 7+ years of experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- PE License<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- Knowledge of civil site -related technical design in land/site development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- Strong site development project design skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
- Strong project management/leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  
  <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
  Salary is commensurate with experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>
