Minimum 3 years of business development or project management experience in pipeline and facility construction Strong knowledge of pipeline, facility, and related infrastructure projects in the Appalachian Basin Proven ability to evaluate project fit and identify opportunities that align with company strengths Ability to read prints, understand project scopes, and contribute to bid preparation Experience attending bid meetings and working directly with clients on technical and commercial discussions Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail Willingness to travel frequently across PA, OH, and WV (overnight stays as needed) Valid driver's license and clean background check required Must be authorized to work in the United States.
