Civil Site Engineer - Land Development

Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with an engineering consulting client. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting civil site design, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform civil engineering design, calculations, and technical analysis.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, drainage designs, and construction documents.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design.
• Support stormwater management, utility design, and permitting activities.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout project development.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations and engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development or land development.
• Experience with site design, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus.
