What You Will Do:Ability to work in a 2-3-man crew or independently on project sites, ensuring safety, responsible tool and equipment usage, and performance expectations are all being upheld to standardsAble to follow instructions given by foreman Must be able to obtain basic hand tools needed to perform the jobAble to work long hours and occasional travelWilling to learn how to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designsEnsure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures, completing daily JSA/toolbox talks and maintaining good housekeeping on siteWork with the Foreman and Construction Manager daily to ensure schedules are being metPerform other duties as assigned Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and drivingMust endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the yearMay be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinatedMust wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site Experience and Education: 3+ years' experience in civil works - on and around various wireless sites preferred4+ years' work experienceWilling to obtain Hydraulics LicenseOSHA 10 Certification preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent required Timberline Communications Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
