Your Role, Your Impact

• Oversee on-site civil construction activities ensuring scalability and compliance with Alstom's engineering standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to maintain seamless collaboration across disciplines.
• Ensure reliability and quality of civil works through rigorous inspection and adherence to ISO 9001 and EN 50126 standards.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital construction tools such as BIM and Lean Construction methodologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across project teams and subcontractors.

Youll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in civil engineering design and construction supervision using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of railway infrastructure standards and construction sequencing.
• Experience applying Lean Construction or Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical and structural reports to guide field decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and ensure safety compliance.
