CJDR - Service Advisor

Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring excellent communication and high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately diagnose service needs.
• Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and time frames.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication between customers and service technicians throughout the service process.
• Process payments and handle necessary documentation with accuracy.
• Promote additional services or repairs when appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Proficient with computer systems and software used for scheduling and service documentation.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
