The position may influence decisions related to functional operations, processes, or recommendations and escalate matters as required Supervisory Responsibilities: YesQualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)Required Education & Experience:3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or CKD‑related operationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related fieldStrong understanding of production processes, material flow, and packaging standardsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem‑solvingExcellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred Education & Experience:Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier operationsKnowledge of CKD packaging standards, export processes, or international logisticsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certificationSupervisory or team‑lead experienceCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations: NoneWorking Conditions: This position is primarily office-based and may require occasional travel or extended hours based on business needs.
