Job Description
MedicalClaims Associate
TheClaims Business Associate will perform all the duties necessary to ensure groupmembers and providers receive proper payment of policy benefits in a timelymanner, while providing excellent customer service.
·Dutiesinclude but are not limited to:
·Receivepending claims for evaluation and processing.
·Enterand/or review claims data in the claims administration system and adjudicateclaims.
·Accuratelycode explanation of benefits.
·Maintainclaims and task procedural, financial, and timing standards.
·Adjudicatepending claims.
·Reviewclaims and research as needed.
·Processclaims received.
Experience:3+ years claims processing experience. A working knowledge of ICD10, CPT codesand HIPAA guidelines; knowledge of medical terminology.
Thisis a fully remote position.
