Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

JOB DETAILS:
*Review, process, and manage insurance cargo claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution.
*Investigate claims by reviewing shipment records, claim documentation, and supporting information.
*Communicate with brokers, insurance adjusters, motor carriers, customers, and other parties to gather information and resolve claims.
*Monitor assigned claims, follow up on outstanding documentation, and maintain accurate claim files.
*Scan, upload, and organize required documentation while maintaining detailed notes and communication records in the claims management system.
*Escalate complex, disputed, or potentially litigated claims to management or legal counsel as needed.
*Ensure all claim activity and correspondence are thoroughly documented and files remain current throughout the claim process.
*Transportation industry experience is a plus.
