Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Claims Specialist to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Receive and process claims submissions, review claimant information, and verify supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Maintain claims records, update case information, and manage intake documentation in accordance with established settlement program procedures.

Communicate with claimants to gather missing information, answer intake-related questions, and provide assistance throughout the claims submission process.

Support high-volume claims processing activities, resolve documentation issues, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and timely claim intake.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Experience managing claims intake, claims administration, or high-volume claims processing operations, preferably within class action settlements, mass tort claims, large settlement programs, or similar environments.

Claims Intake, Claims Processing, Claims Documentation, Case Management, Data Entry, Records Management, Document Verification, Customer Service, Claims Administration, Microsoft Office

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting large-scale settlement claims programs, including class action settlements, mass tort claims, and other high-volume claims administration environments.

Experience managing claimant information, reviewing supporting documentation, maintaining case records, and coordinating claims intake workflows.

Experience supporting healthcare or public-benefit claims processes, with prior Medicaid experience preferred.

Experience assisting diverse claimant populations through multilingual communication in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting Medicaid programs, healthcare claims, or public-benefit administration is preferred.

Fluency or strong working proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean.

Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and sensitive claimant information.
