We are a locally owned and operated transportation company built by people who understand what it actually takes to drive on the road.

We are URGENTLY HIRING for our flagship Solo 2 route (4 days on, 4 days off — home every other night!), while also accepting early applications for our upcoming FLAGSHIP Solo 5 regional routes!

No traditional weeks-away-from-home OTR driving. Work a structured schedule that gives you predictable time off to enjoy life!

URGENTLY HIRING: Solo 2 Route (Home Every Other Night)

• 4 Days On, 4 Days Off Rotation: Work 4 days, then enjoy 4 CONSECUTIVE DAYS OFF every cycle!

• Home Every Other Night: You typically only spend two nights in the sleeper per 8-day cycle!

• Flexible Schedule Options: Custom schedules also offered to fit driver needs!

UPCOMING: FLAGSHIP Solo 5 Route (Regional Dedicated)

• 5 Days Out / 2 Days Home: Consistent 5-day regional runs followed by 2 consecutive days home every week with predictable weekly route planning!

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age & License: Must be at least 21 years old with an active, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• Medical & Screening: Valid DOT Medical Card, ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen.

• Record Integrity: Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no current CDL suspensions or revocations.

• Equipment & Tech Comfort: Comfortable operating a sleeper tractor and using GPS, ELD, and smartphone driver applications.

• Professional Mindset: Strong commitment to safe, reliable, and professional driving.
