Class A CDL Driver

With a minimum of three months of commercial tractor-trailer experience required, candidates with less than six months of experience should have gained this within a single organization.

The position involves transporting freight that does not require driver assistance with unloading, while maintaining an average of 1,700 miles driven per week. You can expect a consistent work schedule within a 24/7 operation that primarily includes night, evening, and early morning shifts on a 6-day-on / 2-day-off rotation.

From our Aurora distribution hub, you'll deliver goods to retail stops across Colorado and as far as Cheyenne, Wyoming, with familiar routes ensuring predictability. Local schedules feature shorter drives with minimal mountainous terrain, and overnight stays are rare. Regional drivers will undertake slightly longer trips and may park their truck at home if residing outside Aurora’s immediate vicinity.

Enjoy the benefit of daily returns home when living within 50 miles of Aurora. Those living 50 to 100 miles away will experience regionally styled schedules with home time during weekdays and for shift reassignments. Reassignment is based on daily dispatch, highlighting the need for adaptable weekend and shift availability.

You can expect modern tools of the trade with local drivers utilizing the Aurora base for parking, while regional drivers can bring the vehicle home as needed (without personal use).
