Job Details
Local driving position
Deliver rail containers from the terminal to customer locations
Operate within a 250-mile radius of the terminal
No-touch freight
Mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload freight
Pick up empty and loaded containers from customer locations
Return containers to the terminal for rail transport across the country
Consistent freight volume and daily operations
Equipment
Automatic day cab tractors
Slip seat operation
Modern, well-maintained equipment
Trucks remain at the terminal during time off
No smoking permitted in company equipment
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
Hazmat fingerprinting costs reimbursed after 60 days on the account
Strong safety record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Ability to operate efficiently in an intermodal environment
