Freight includes refrigerated and dry van loads running regional lanes. Most freight is no-touch, helping drivers stay moving and reducing delays. Drop-and-hook loads are common, with some live loads depending on the customer. Loads are planned in advance whenever possible so drivers know what to expect during the week.
Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors assigned to the fleet. Trucks include automatic transmissions and updated safety features. Equipment is maintained on a regular schedule to help minimize downtime. Trailers are a mix of dry van and reefer units kept in solid working condition.
Drivers typically earn between $1,350 and $1,750 per week based on miles, experience, and workload. Steady freight helps keep earnings consistent from week to week. Detention pay is available when applicable, and all pay is issued weekly through direct deposit.
