Freight is dry van and primarily no-touch, with a combination of drop and hook plus scheduled live appointments. CDL-A truck drivers run through Texas and surrounding regional markets, allowing for familiar lanes and predictable trip flow instead of random nationwide routing. Miles stay steady throughout the week with loads planned in advance.
Drivers operate newer equipment with automatic transmissions, inverters, and comfort features designed for longer runs. Trucks are maintained on a routine service schedule to reduce downtime and keep CDL-A truck drivers moving.

Requirements: Valid Class A CDL, minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience, age 21 or older, meet DOT requirements, and pass background and drug screening.
