As Truck Driver you are responsible for loading and unloading a truck driving a truck transporting customer owned products ensuring accuracy of paperwork adhering to safety rules and meeting strict delivery deadlines. You must be available to work split shifts as required.How you create impactTransporting parts and tooling to production and development facilitiesSecuring material and tooling inside truckTransporting Engines to test sitesPicking up and delivering boxes and packagesTransporting hazardous material fuel to test sitesLoading and unloading of material and toolingInspecting vehicles before operationMust be able to lift up to fifty 50 poundsRead and comprehend written documents such as work instructions job aids bill of materials shipping and delivery documentsEnsure loads match transportation orders communicated by yard management systemBeing able to work in all weather conditionsBeing able to meet strict delivery deadlinesPerform vehicle safety checks andmeet all safety requirementsObey and follow established traffic and transportation policiesReport any mechanical problems encountered with vehiclesMaintains records e.g. delivery log etc. for the purpose of documenting activitiesSubmit and pass random Drug and Alcohol screening as requireOther duties as assignedThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
