Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

You earned your CDL-A. Now turn your training into a full-time regional driving career based in Nashville, Tennessee, with 365 Freight USA. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

What will I earn?

• Training pay of $850 per week
• Expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week after successfully completing the mentor program
• Paid orientation
• Weekly pay every Friday

What kind of freight will I haul?

You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or biweekly home time is available.

What do I need to qualify?

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
