Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

Turn your CDL-A training into a full-time regional driving career based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with 365 Freight USA. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck in the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Compensation: Training pays $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800 or more per week. Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.

Freight and schedule: You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or biweekly home time is available. The position also includes:

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet applicable U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
