Class A Regional Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry van tractors on the Virginia and Northeast regional lanes. This position features 100% no‑touch freight with a majority of drop‑and‑hook loads, predictable home time for required 34‑hour resets, and oriented schedules primarily Monday through Friday.

• Compensation: $1,300–$2,000 per week (dependent on miles). Pay rate $0.55–$0.65 per mile. Training pay of $650+ for drivers with under 6 months experience during a 4–6 week OTR training period.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.
• Miles & Schedule: Typical 1,500–2,800 miles per week. 34‑hour reset at home (may occur weekly or every two weeks). Predominantly M–F operation.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (recent CDL graduates encouraged).
• Reasonably clean driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past five years; no DUI within the past five years.
• No recent felony or misdemeanor convictions that would prevent safe operation; criminal offenses will be reviewed during the safety screening process.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment.
• Stable work history: limited employment gaps (maximum six months unemployed in the last year and one year in the last three years, subject to review).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background checks.

Training and support: Recent graduates will receive dedicated training and paid OTR training to ensure readiness for regional operations.
