Main Terminal / Base Location Denton, TX — teams dispatch directly out of the Denton hub (servicing lanes across TX, AR, and Memphis, TN).

Earnings & Split-Pay Structure

• $1,700 – $2,000+ weekly gross per driver ($88k–$104k+ annual baseline per seat)
• $0.38 to $0.41 split CPM (based on overall experience)
• $15 per stop (paid on all stops after the initial drop)
• $100/day orientation & ride-along pay while completing onboarding
  

Lanes & Cargo Setup

• 4,500 average weekly miles per team
• 100% zero-touch freight: Hauling temperature-controlled retail goods (1 to 5 live store drops per day)
• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth sleeper tractors
• Drivers are responsible for careful cargo monitoring to prevent transit load shifts
  

Home Time & Schedule Options

• Flexible run-to-home ratios: Choose 6/1, 12/2, or 25/3 day schedules
• Operations involve overnight dispatches, early morning store drops, and weekend/holiday rotations
  

Team Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL for both drivers
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years per driver
• Both drivers must pass mandatory dual-panel hair follicle & urine toxicology screens
