We are hiring a proven class action attorney to join our litigation team and take ownership of significant cases and drive them from filing to resolution. There is no cap on incentive compensation; your earning potential scales directly with your results. Success is rewarded.Additional benefits include employer-contributed health coverage, fully employer-paid long-term disability insurance, Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match, and three weeks of paid time off annually. There is no equity in this role. The upside is in the incentive structure - and it is real.LOCATIONThis position is 100% in-office in Fort Lauderdale. No remote or hybrid arrangements.
