Class C Driver

Position Summary
Adecco is seeking a dependable Class C Delivery Driver to deliver food products to customers. This position involves local deliveries, loading and unloading merchandise, verifying orders, and providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle assigned to the position.

• Deliver products according to assigned routes and schedules.

• Load and unload merchandise using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices.

• Verify product quantities against invoices and delivery documents.

• Obtain customer signatures and complete accurate delivery records.

• Inspect the vehicle before and after each route and report maintenance concerns.

• Communicate delays, shortages, damaged products, and delivery issues promptly.

• Keep the vehicle clean and assist with warehouse duties as assigned.

• Follow company safety procedures and applicable traffic laws.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class C driver’s license.

• Driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred.

• Ability to safely load, unload, and move products throughout the shift.

• Ability to read delivery documents and follow route instructions.

• Strong attendance, time management, and customer service skills.

• Ability to use a pallet jack or hand truck preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and entering or exiting the vehicle.

• Repeated lifting and moving of products; maximum lifting requirement to be confirmed.

• Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor delivery environments.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.50 per hour
