Duration: 13 weeks, temporary-to-permanent opportunity [NO BENEFITS DURING CONTRACT]
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:$60,000 – $65,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Review Coordination

• Support the end-to-end performance management and evaluation process across the organization.
• Coordinate performance review cycle timelines, schedules and related communications.
• Communicate performance evaluation guidelines, deadlines and requirements to managers and employees.
• Coordinate with HR teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of performance review activities.

Support and Follow-Up

• Assist managers and employees with performance management processes, documentation and system-related queries.
• Monitor the completion of performance evaluations and ensure timely submission within defined timelines.
• Track progress throughout performance review cycles and follow up with stakeholders on pending evaluations.
• Identify delays or process gaps and support timely resolution.

Reporting and Confidentiality

• Prepare and maintain performance management reports, trackers and records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee performance-related information.
