Job Summary: We expect you to create a flexible program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education in accordance with each students ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.

Qualifications: Must have valid Connecticut Certification Number: 030 (Biology, 7-12), 034 (General Science, 7-12), AP Experience Preferred.

Salary Range: $51,056 (BA Step 1) thrugh $112,079 (6th Year Step 13), Competitive benefits.
