Job Description:
St. Luke Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic, faith-filled educator to serve as an 8th Grade Homeroom Teacher and Middle School Religion and Social Studies Teacher beginning in the 2026-2027 school year.
The successful candidate will teach Religion and Social Studies in grades 6-8, collaborate with an innovative middle school team, and support our STREAM curriculum initiatives while fostering academic excellence and Catholic values in a nurturing, faith-filled environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the 8th grade homeroom teacher.
- Teaching Religion and Social Studies for students in grades 6-8.
- Collaborating with middle school faculty to provide engaging and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Supporting and integrating STREAM initiatives across the curriculum.
- Promoting the spiritual, academic, and social development of students.
- Partnering with families to create a positive and faith-centered school community.
Qualifications:
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and committed to the mission of Catholic education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to inspire students and foster a love of learning and faith.
