Saint Joseph Catholic School is a high performing K-8 school in Danbury, Ct. We are building our middle school team and are looking to hire a teacher to teach Social Studies. As a middle school Social Studies teacher you will have an opportunity to teach students in grades 6-8. You will have the freedom to bring your own creativity to the classroom and engage students in a positive classroom environment. Our goal at St. Joseph School is to create a fun, rigorous educational experience for our students and a fun, stimulating experience for our teachers so that everyone arrives at the school excited and happy and leaves at the end of the day feeling that they have accomplished something meaningful.
As a member of the middle school team, you will be preparing our students for high school by nurturing their love of learning, teaching them perseverance in learning to solve complex problems and deepening their faith and goodness in a Christ centered school.
