Clean Room Assembler

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Nashua, NH to bring on Clean Room Assemblers! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Location: Nashua, NH
Pay Range: $19–$22 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 8-hour days with a flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented Clean Room Assemblers to join a precision manufacturing environment. This role involves performing highly detailed assembly work under a microscope for the entirety of the shift. Candidates will use microscopes, tweezers, and other small hand tools to handle, inspect, and assemble delicate components. Previous experience working under a microscope for an entire shift is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive precision work while maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision assembly of small components in a cleanroom manufacturing environment

• Work under a microscope for the entire shift to complete detailed assembly tasks

• Use tweezers, small hand tools, and other precision instruments to handle delicate materials

• Perform fine assembly work, including clipping, snipping, and handling extremely small wires and components

• Inspect components throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

• Follow detailed work instructions and utilize iPads or other electronic devices to access standard operating procedures

• Maintain consistent accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks

• Follow cleanroom procedures, including wearing required protective garments such as smocks, hairnets, and booties

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working under a microscope for an entire shift is required

• Previous experience in precision assembly, electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, or similar detailed work is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination

• Comfortable handling very small components using tweezers and precision hand tools

• Ability to perform repetitive, detailed work for extended periods

• Basic computer skills and ability to follow electronic work instructions

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required protective equipment

• English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome!

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
