Key Responsibilities

• Site Clean-Up: Remove debris, trash, and construction materials efficiently.
• Surface Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and other surfaces thoroughly.
• Material Handling: Dispose of waste and recyclables following local regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in clean-up.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and work well with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction clean-up or related fields preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning and organizing.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills to understand and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs or more
