Key Responsibilities

• Effectively perform carpet, floor, and specialty cleaning services using company methods and equipment.
• Complete documentation, work orders, and daily logs accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and progress.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Keep company vehicles stocked and organized with necessary supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required
• Opportunities to advance into: Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
• Basic math skills to determine equipment needs and setup
• Comfortable with mobile apps and basic computer/email use
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Physically able to lift and move equipment, work in varied environments, and be on your feet most of the day
