The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the office and common areas. This position ensures that workspaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and other facilities are clean and sanitized to promote a healthy and professional workplace for employees and visitors.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean and sanitize offices, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the employee breakroom, including cleaning countertops, sinks, tables, microwaves, and refrigerators.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
  • Ensure walkways, entrances, and common areas remain clean and free of hazards.
  • Follow company safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
  • Assist with cleaning before or after company meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach down for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment and carts.
  • Ability to work in various indoor environments.
