Cleaning & Sales Lead

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a driven individual for a hybrid Cleaning/Sales role to help grow business in Katy, Cypress, and surrounding West Houston areas.

Create your own flexible schedule during weekday business hours (b/w 9a - 4p) based off of your availiblity.  

Pay starts at $15+ an hour, plus incentives.

Office work is remote.  Some work in the field required.

Responsibilities Include:

Cleaning & Quality Control: Manage site quality and ensure our high standards are met.

Local Outreach & Growth: Help us grow our footprint by engaging in friendly local outreach, including light door-to-door visits, cold calls, follow-ups, and email correspondence with local businesses.

Client Communication: Build great relationships by conversing daily with current and prospective clients.

CRM Documentation: Keep track of client details and pipeline information in our CRM for future follow-ups.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess a strong work ethic.

Comfortable initiating conversations.

Good with written and verbal communication.

Organized with information and materials.

Basic computer skills with ability to learn company systems.

Have reliable transportation.
