    SERVPRO Team Dobson is looking for a motivated, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to help lead our team on the YSU campus. If you're someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys coaching and supporting others, and has a knack for keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

    As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader ensuring facilities are clean, organized, and ready for students, staff, and visitors each day. From conducting inspections to supporting your team and solving challenges as they arise, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards SERVPRO Team Dobson is known for.

    Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
    • Bringing supplies to work at account
    • Inspecting the assigned accounts
    • Creating checklists for employees to follow and to review and sign each day/scheduled shift
    • Must follow up with manager before starting the day to address any known issues
    • Cover any call offs by adjusting schedule with other employees or covering shift directly if needed.
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of Cleaning commercial buildings preferred
    • 2+ years of Supervising experience preferred
    Schedule:
    • Must be available weekends as needed for rotational coverage
    Compensation: $16.00 per hour
