Job Summary


Matrix Facility Services LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician to perform routine cleaning duties at commercial facilities. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work.


The ideal candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, follow cleaning instructions, and maintain a clean and professional environment for our customers.


Primary Job Responsibilities

• Restrooms: Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and restroom fixtures.
  
  
• Trash Removal: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
  
  
• Floor Cleaning: Sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floors as needed.
  
  
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down and sanitize countertops, tables, desks, and other frequently touched surfaces.
  
  
• Breakrooms: Clean countertops, sinks, microwaves (inside and outside), and other designated surfaces.
  
  
• General Cleaning: Spot-clean doors, handles, light switches, and other high-touch areas.
  
  
• Restocking: Refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies as needed.
  
  
• Final Inspection: Check assigned areas to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed before leaving.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Part-time weekend position
  
  
• Friday and Saturday or Sunday shifts
  
  
• Specific shift hours will be assigned based on facility needs
  
  
• Must be dependable and report to work as scheduled
• Must pass back ground check
  
  

Job Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  
  
• Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform routine cleaning duties throughout the shift
  
  
• Ability to safely handle standard cleaning supplies and equipment
  
  
• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  
  
• Must communicate any cleaning issues, supply shortages, or facility concerns to management
