Cleaning Technician (Part-Time / Full-Time Available)

Applying Pressure, LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional cleaning services for apartment communities, commercial properties, and new construction projects throughout Alabama and Georgia.

We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of showing up on time and representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnover cleans between residents
• Complete new construction and post-construction cleaning projects
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Remove trash and debris from units and job sites
• Clean windows, fixtures, appliances, cabinets, and baseboards
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Take before-and-after photos when required
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check when required by clients
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Smartphone capable of receiving job information and submitting photos

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous residential, apartment, hotel, janitorial, or construction cleaning experience
• Experience with apartment turns or move-out cleaning
• Experience with post-construction cleaning
